"PRO" argument for SuperMax and Solitary Confinement, having a hard time seeing positive light to this?

I have a debate that I HAVE to do, no options, no choice, i got stuck in the group PRO for SuperMax prisons and Solitary confinement. Can someone give me some pros to this?
