Is the financial worries at Man Utd having a Rafa effect on SAF?

Man Utd`s Financial worries seem too be having a Rafa effect on SAF`s team selection....why was a half fit Rooney preferred too a fully fit Berba? Why did SAF choose a not match fit O Shea ahead of a fully fit Gary Neville? Is Owen Hargreaves a Myth or an actual player? I see he is still mentioned on Fifa Pro and Pes 2010 but you cannot play him as he is always out for the season..lol Will he play any part in Man utds run in?
