I live in Michigan. Is there any way I can expunge/remove my felony?

At the age of 14 I received two felonies. One for ault with a deadly weapon, I shot at some friends with a paintball gun and there parents called the police on me and my other one was for domestic violence when I got into a fight with my brother. I talked to my recruiter and he says before I can sign my contract I have two get one of those removed. but somebody had told me that ti is Imposable to get those removed. Is there any hope for me?
