CSU Mentor problem with SDSU?

Im having a problem applying to the fall 2009 semester for an undergrad student. I click start new application and it takes me to the SDSU page on csu-mentor. From here i click on the link for admission and go to the "I want to apply". After this it says to go back to csu mentor and apply, but it takes me through the same process over and over. Does anyone know if theres a problem or am i not clicking the right links?
