Why does he keep getting his phone taken away?

what can a guy do over summer break when he is home all the time with a whole buncha pets and his parents and maybe his sisiter i mean seriously what is there to do he only bad when he is trying to show off and i dont think he wld be showing off for his sister and pets what is there to do???
