File for Expungement early?

if your felony has been some time ago keep in mind it is in many private databases and would not fall under expunged records, also keep in mind the state of CA says on there website it is erased which is a misnomer, once convicted it can never be erased unless Arnold erases it, it will always be there, even if expunged it will always be there it will not show up on normal background checks, however it will show up if you apply to certain professions or jobs that require licensing
