I have Virginal infection for close to 9 months now, i have seen a family doctor who told me it;s fungal infec?

I have Virginal infection for close to 9 months now, i have seen a family doctor who told me it;s fungal infection, and prescribe me anti fungal medication, i forgot the name to be taken twice a day for 5 days, after 5 days it still didnt clear, and i went to another doctor who gave me duflucan( if im not wrong) its just one pill for all fungal infections. It did help a little, but after i had again, the problem came back, i went to buy the pill again for few times. up till now the problem still persists, there isnt any itch, but discharge is extremely smelly, no cheese like discharge thus i dont think it's yeast infection, and now due to heavy one day the skin around the vulva hurts, and if i use a tissue there's spotting blood, not sure if it's the friction that causes the burnt wound or the infection, but it has been a few days, and during the infection i hav pain on the right side during , which goes away after i become really wet, which i dont have this problem before. Is it possible to be HIV? or the symptons are of a fungal infection? if so, why after so many medications it still doesnt cure? Or is it after causes it to reoccur? does this mean that i will forever be smelly there?
