Is the BCS freaking kidding me?

They are saying that either Iowa or Penn State is in, while Oklahioma State and Boise have to fight for the other spot? Boise should be in winning out and Oklahoma State should be in if they snap Oklahoma's nation leading home winning streak. It shouldn't even be close! I feel sorry for Iowa for losing their QB, but that's the game. Neither they or PSU could compete with Oklahoma State or Boise right now. Why is the Fiesta Bowl trying to put a weak Big-10 team in there?
