No matter who you support can we applaud Fergie for being the master of manipulation?

He's a whiner, plain and simple. And ppl may think its fine, but to me these tactics are unsporting, sneaky even. Refs must be left alone to their jobs and not influenced by calculated outburts if thats what it is. See its why i prefer Rijkaard to the likes of Mourinho et al coz he may have won less titles but he's a gentleman and a principled guy.
