Outbacks sydney sinful sundae?

I used to love the dessert called sydney sinful sundae at outback, but they took it off the menu a few years ago, does anyone know how to make it or where to get the shell covering from? The ones they sell at the grocerys arent that well, the ones made by hersheys and come in chocolate, peanut er and fudge, the shell covering aint that great. But if anyone knows where to find this recipe, thanks
