Please help:( such bad acne?

I am 38 years old and have had acne for 15 years. I never had it even as a teenager, but got it in my adult life. I tried everything known to man and nothing worked! I was put on a drug called Roaccutane by a dermatologist and that worked but a few years later it was back!!!Much to my horror. I got FULL blood tests done which determined I was estrogen-dominant(had too much of a hormone called estrogen) in my system. I was put on a natural pill called DIM or Diindolyl methane as it is known. 3 months later=perfect skin, no acne whatsoever. So my advice would be to get your hormone levels checked, I wish someone had of told me this a long, long time ago. I really hope this has helped as I know what it is like.
