Question on Diabetes?

monitoring her levels of exercise is important because when you exericse your body automatically becomes more senstive to insulin, which allows for a smaller amount of insulin to manage her diabetes. blood glucose and carbohydrate intake are very closely related because when carbs are eaten and digested, they turn into sugar. karen needs to control the amount of sugar in the bloodstream and keep it as normal as possible. eating the same amount of carbs on a daily basis will help to keep the blood glucose levels normal. karen probably checks her blood glucose levels after meals because then she can calculate the amount of carbohydrates she might need in order to adjust the blood glucose levels if they are not quite normal.
