What the heck is wrong with this guy? is he just playing around?

so for p.e we had to sit on the bleachers and my friend was with me she called our frien (guy) i met him a couple months ago and shes know him for 2 years. so she calls him over at first he didnt want o come but my friend bribed him with foof so he came and started throwing them at me and i was wtf .so i threw it back at him. then he sat right next to me and was showng me his chuck e cheeses card. and said "we should go somtime" and then quickly said nah im too anoying.(cause believe me he was)he was also reciting the sponge bob sayng "are u ready for those erands" like 50 times to bug me .then he starts pokingmy thigh for a long time asking if he was annoying..wat up with this dude he rested his head on my shoulder then the bell rang (i forgot to say that from the beggining he acted wierd first he would pay attention to me then completely ignore me, i diddnt notive him acting like this with his oher friends.whats this guys deal? any opinions?
