Everyone calls me ugly because of my teeth?

i have a big overbite and my teeth slant outward and all the dentist, orthodontist and doctors say they cant correct it because it will make my TMJ worse and its just how my face is structured but everyone keeps making fun of me and it bothers me that my teeth cant be fixed =( what do you guys suggest, i'm extremely self conscious about this and i havent been going anywhere. oh, im 21 F
