How to housebreak a 6week old puppy?

I just got this little Yorke puppy.I take it out often and it don,t use the bathroom outside.I bring it in and it uses it in the kennel.I put paper in the kennel.I let it out to play some.And it uses the bathroom on the floor.I watch it carefully.But by the time I go to pick it up,it has already used the bathroom on floor.Please any good advice would be appreciated,Thank you.
