I have around 5 shots espresso in my coffee every morn b4 work. Really, how unhealthy is that for me?

Whew! That is a lot of caffeine. The problem with taking that much caffeine is that your body becomes dependent on artificial energy. Also, it increases heart rate which is definitely not good! Try progressively cutting it down to a couple cups of coffee a week. Let your body learn how to create it's own energy. You'll find you won't drag as much throughout the day.
